JUKI LK-1900-BN BAR-TACK MACHINE
The Juki LK-1900-BN sewing machine boasts a high sewing speed of 3,200 stitches per minute, allowing for increased productivity. The starting, stopping, thread-trimming, and automatic presser lifting speeds have been enhanced to shorten the total cycle time significantly. Additionally, the machine operates with low noise and vibration, providing excellent workability and operability.
The direct-drive head, connected to a compact AC servomotor without a belt, contributes to a comfortable working environment by reducing vibration and noise. The machine's arm section is equipped with a hand pulley, enabling operators to visually check the needle entry points easily.
To ensure excellent seam quality, the machine features a needle thread grasping mechanism that consistently ties knots at the beginning of sewing. The sewing starting point can also be corrected without adjusting the relevant mechanism, making button sewing more precise.
The machine comes with an auto-lifter mechanism that utilizes a stepping-motor system, reducing operator fatigue. The stroke of the auto-lifter can be adjusted from a one-step stroke to a double-step stroke, allowing for easier material positioning. The work clamp foot lift can be set to a maximum of 17mm, offering flexibility in handling various materials.
Thanks to advanced dry-head technology, the machine eliminates the need for lubrication in the frame, preventing material staining. Only a small quantity of clean oil is supplied from the oil tank to the hook.
The sewing machine is eco-friendly and power-saving, with an encoder installed in the pulse motor for improved energy efficiency. It also features an adjustable LED light that can be set to five levels of intensity, ensuring optimal brightness for improved work efficiency.
Different specifications, such as the H specification for enhanced needle penetration and the W specification for efficient bobbin thread replacement, are available to cater to various material requirements.
