Return Policy

 

You may return many new, unopened items (with the exception of machinery - see below) within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Some special order (non-stock) items may incur a restocking charge of up to 25%.

For Cutting Machinery there will be a restocking charge for any returned machine, unless the machine was received by the customer in defective condition.  There will be an additional charge for any visible signs of wear.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes for the Equipment Manufacturer to receive and inspect it (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

Items ordered from our website will be shipped by UPS, and only to USA addresses. If you are outside the USA please contact us directly at 1-888-492-5553

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Shipping charges can be found before you place your final order.

Limited Warranty. Dematron warrants to the buyer that the Dematron programmable product shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year commencing on the date of invoice. Any goods or parts claimed by the buyer to be defective must be returned to Dematron, freight charges prepaid, within the one year warranty period. If Dematron determines that the goods or parts are defective in materials or workmanship, Dematron’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at Dematron’s sole option, to repair or replace the defective goods or parts or to provide to the buyer a credit equal to the portion of the purchase price allocable to the defective goods or parts. This warranty shall not apply if defects are caused by product misuse or neglect, if the machine has been altered or modified by the buyer, or if other than Dematron genuine parts are used in the machine.

 

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PURCHASE. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability. Dematron’s liability to the buyer, and the buyer's remedies from Dematron, whether in contract, negligence, tort, under any warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to the remedies provided in the foregoing Limited Warranty. In no event shall Dematron have any responsibility or liability to the buyer for (a) any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, revenue, or profit, even if Dematron has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (b) any claim against the buyer by any third party. The price stated for the product sold is a consideration for limiting Dematron’s liability.
